HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR INSTALLATION DAY?

Other Construction:  Please arrange for other work to be done in the same area for an alternate day.

Wall Preparations: Please assure that your walls are ready in regards to Repairs. Walls should be as smooth as if you were going to paint.

Wall Primer: please be sure walls are primed with a "wallpaper primer"

if the wallpaper is dark your primer should be tinted dark.

Wall Hooks: Unless otherwise requested, all old picture hooks will be covered.

Wallpaper: Please have all wallpaper in applicable rooms.


Concerns: Please inform us of any special concerns you may have as soon as possible, so we can accommodate you.


INSTALLATION  DAY

Parking: Please have a close spot available for our many tools.

Lighting: Please arrange for adequate lighting, increasing bulb wattage if possible.

Temperature: The area needs to be 70 degrees or above for proper installation and drying for at least 24 hours before during and after installation.

Water: hot running water will be needed for the washing of sink-friendly equipment.

Pets: We love pets, but the work area can be hazardous with blades and paste.


PAYMENT

Cash or Check (please make checks payable to "Home Restoration" or "Richard Manougian")

Payment is due upon completion. If the project will take multiple days to complete, a 50% downpayment is due on the first day of the project.

All rooms individually are due upon completion. Please let us know in advance if other arrangements are necessary. 


REWARDS DISCOUNT

Customers who satisfactorily meet the above accommodations are eligible for a “Rewards Discount” of 4% on jobs upto $500 (equaling a $20 discount); 3% on jobs up to $1,000; 2% on jobs upto $3,000; 1% upto $10,000.
